Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Most DEUXDES products are custom manufactured shortly after ordering. The design, size and color choices you selected are sent to our printing partners so they can get started on your order right away.

Production times typically range from one (1) to three (3) business days. Once products are ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email after a few days or it takes longer than you're expecting, please send an email to support@deuxdes.com (support@deuxdes.com)and we'll look into your order status.

How long will delivery take once my order ships?

At this time, our printing partners only offer standard shipping.

Standard shipping times range from five (5) to seven (7) business days once your order has been manufactured and you've received your shipping confirmation.
