Defective Products
 
A product is considered defective only if:
 
• it was manufactured with the incorrect design;
• it was manufactured in the incorrect size;
• it was manufactured in the incorrect color;
• there was a defect in how the design was applied to the product (low quality printing); or
• the raw materials, such as the t-shirt or hat, used to manufacture the product are damaged on delivery.
 
Damage to raw materials may include, but is not limited to, tears or rips in fabric, unraveled seams, or misaligned hat panels; however, DEUXDES reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes damaged raw materials.
 
“The Size is Right” Guidelines

We understand it can be difficult to find the perfect size when ordering clothing online. This is why we make it easy for customers to make exchanges in certain scenarios when their products don’t fit exactly how they want. We want to make sure, “The Size is Right.”

According to “The Size is Right” Guidelines (“Guidelines”), customers are eligible to make one (1) size exchange across the life of their DEUXDES account in each of following product categories:
 
• tees
• tanks
• baseball tees
• hoodies
 
When exchanging for a different size, no other changes may be made to the order; design, color and other customizable attributes must remain the same.
 
Additionally, the Guidelines do not apply to customers that purchase multiple sizes of the same product with the intent to return the sizes they no longer want. This practice, called “bracketing,” makes customers ineligible for exchanges based on the Guidelines.

DEUXDES products are custom manufactured shortly after ordering. They are produced in accordance with the options selected at the time of checkout, including, but not limited to, design, size and color. Because of the custom nature of DEUXDES products, we can only process refunds for products if they are considered defective (as outlined in Definitions). 
 
If you believe a product you received is defective and would like to request a refund, please submit a Refund Request within 30 days of delivery.
 
We will review your refund request and, if approved, will refund the amount paid for the product to your original form of payment. You do not need to return the defective product.

Because of the custom nature of DEUXDES products, we can only process exchanges for products in the following two circumstances:
 
• the products received are considered defective (as outlined in Definitions), or
• you have ordered the incorrect size.
 
Exchanging Defective Products
 
If you believe a product you received is defective and would like to request an exchange, please submit an Exchange Request within 30 days of delivery​.
 
We will review your exchange request and, if approved, will send a new product to the shipping address from the original order. No changes may be made to the design, size, color or other customizable attributes of your product. You do not need to return the defective product.
 
Exchanging for a Different Size
 
If you have ordered the incorrect size and would like to request an exchange for a different size, please submit an Exchange Request within 30 days of delivery. Before submitting, check if “The Size is Right” Guidelines apply (as outlined in Definitions).
 
We will review your exchange request and, if approved, will send a new product to the shipping address from the original order. No changes may be made to the design, color or other customizable attributes of your product. You do not need to return the original product.

By ordering from this website, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within this Refunds & Exchanges Policy. If you are not in agreement with the Policy, then you should refrain from further use of our site or purchase of our products. In addition, your continued use of our website or purchase of our products following proper notification, or the posting of any updates or changes to our Policy, shall mean that you agree and accept such changes.
